The 14 & Under Boys program for this upcoming fall season will implement a three-tier structure:
Tier 1: This level is open to all 14u program participants and includes two weekly practices along with participation in local tournaments.
Tier 2: Tailored for the more advanced athletes within the 14u group, Tier 2 participants will benefit from an additional weekly practice session. Selections for the Tier 2 roster will be made by the 14u coaching staff, with an anticipated roster size of approximately 34-40 players. Additional fees will apply for Level 2 athletes.
Tier 3: Designed for the most elite athletes in the 14u category, Tier 3 offers four weekly practice sessions. Similar to Tier 2, the roster for Tier 3 will be determined by the 14u coaching staff, with an expected roster size of around 15-18 players. Additional fees will apply for Level 3 athletes.
*Drivers Development Program (DDP) is a program for coach-selected athletes. The program is designed:
1. For the most advanced athletes in our group.
2. To teach advanced water polo concepts, drills, and training.
3. To push players mentally and physically in all facets of their game.
