10 & Under Co-ed

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00 - 7:30 pm @ Las Lomas HS

12 & Under Girls

  • Wednesdays: 7:00 - 9:00 pm @ College Park
  • Thursdays: 6:15 - 8:15 pm @ Monte Vista HS
  • Sundays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm @ Las Lomas HS

12 & Under Boys

  • Mondays 7:00 - 9:00 pm @ Las Lomas HS 
  • Wednesdays: 7:00 - 9:00 pm @ Las Lomas HS
  • Sundays: 8:00 - 10:00 am @ Las Lomas HS


14 & Under Girls

  • Tuesdays: 6:30 - 8:30 pm @ Las Lomas HS
  • Thursdays: 6:30 - 8:30 pm @ Las Lomas HS
  • Sundays: 12:00 - 2:00 pm @ Las Lomas HS

14 & Under Boys

  • DDP Practice: Mondays: 6:00 - 8:00 pm @ Monte Vista
  • Tuesdays: 7:00 - 9:00 @ San Ramon Valley HS
  • Thursdays: 7:00 - 9:00 @ San Ramon Valley HS
  • Sundays: 2:00 - 4:00 @ Las Lomas HS

High School Girls (16s & 18s) First practice will be 2/18 (7:30 - 9:30 @ Las Lomas)

*Drivers Development Program (DDP) is a program for coach-selected athletes only. An extra charge will be applied for DDP.

The program is designed: 
1. For the most advanced athletes in our group. 
2. To teach advanced water polo concepts, drills, and training. 
3. To push players mentally and physically in all facets of their game.
